ARGHBOG, RULER OF PLANET BICKERING, in his World of Useless Inventions..........

Thought you'd like to see this one....... It is one that Rainer has put together a wee while ago, but we are now displaying it at the Flynn Gallery this weekend.

He has made it (literally) from bits and pieces and other 'found' objects.  The proper name for this style of art is ASSEMBLAGE ART. 

This piece is the baddie in Rainer's story (Journey of the Ghorks).  This guy is all pomp and ceremony, and very much all about being obeyed and adored at all times.

Have a look at this one!!! .......... also for the New Zealand exhibition later this month.   Have called it "Woodland Angel" (I gave it bell-shaped sleeves to look a little angelic).

These two coats are now winging their way through the ethers (in a plane actually) off to New Zealand.   They will be on view from 29th May at Inspirit Studio and Gallery - www.inspirit.co.nz

No time to lose now though, have to make two more - so will say bye for now, and on with the knitting.

more knitting to do................

Here it is the middle of May almost, and I haven't had time to write here for a while. Been really busy with my knitted coats.  They have just taken off like wild-fire recently, and I cannot keep up.  Not that I am complaining!

I have managed to strike a wonderful deal with a fabulous gallery in New Zealand (InSpirit Studio & Gallery - www.inspirit.co.nz) - This lovely lady is taking on my coats, and is going to incorporate them into her upcoming Exhibition......... what this means for me is NO TIME TO WASTE!!!

I am also (at the same time!!!) supplying the fabulous Flynn Gallery with a few of my coats.

So dear people, if I am not in touch with you for a while, that is why.
